My recent stay at Excel Capital Hotel in Naypyidaw was enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished, perfect for my group of friends. The staff were friendly and eager to help. However, communication was a bit difficult due to their limited English skills. They are still developing the hotel, so some facilities aren't fully operational yet.
